- Providing Sitecore/C#/ASP.NET/JavaScript technical support for L1/L2/L3 incidents.
- Participate in Follow the Sun support shifts ensuring 24x7x365 availability where immediate emergency technical support is required.
- Work closely with development team and product management to ensure unity between product development and support
- Development of Sitecore patches and hotfixes.
- Translate support issues into understandable product defects and subsequently report said defects to the product build team.
- Providing C#, ASP.NET and Sandbox training for new recruits and conducting examinations to assess their knowledge.
- Improve internal and external knowledge through writing articles and creating practical educational tasks.
